It's that time of year when the snow melts off of the mountains, the wind picks up, and things start to warm up to that blistering summer heat we all know about in Las Vegas. What else is going on in the spring time? Lots of conventions, bachelor parties, and spring break! It's my favorite time of the year and I always look forward to the visitors in the new year. It’s been a pretty mild summer in Las Vegas this year though I think I am still heating things up! I know to most visitors who come out to visit Vegas think that it’s crazy hot, but to me it doesn’t really bother me too much since the humidity is so low. I could easily take 100+ compared to 85-90 degrees in a place near the ocean. Whew!

Lots of people like to come out to Vegas during their summer vacations from California and drive halfway across the country to get their kicks in Sin City. Quite a few fun bachelor parties still trickle into town, but I enjoy the summer travelers making their first trips out west. Well the Memorial Day holiday weekend is here! While driving around town I have noticed more California plates (only a short drive away, of course!) and noticed the streets are more crowded with traffic.
